John A. Greenway

The President of SERVPRO of Hamblen County is John Greenway. He was raised in Northwest Knoxville since his parents relocated to find work at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He matriculated from Central High School and then received a baseball scholarship to Roane State Community College in Harriman, TN. He led the team to victory in the state championship as team co-captain. John then earned a baseball scholarship to Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN, where he achieved Academic All American honors. He met his wife Kristina from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who was attending on a volleyball scholarship. Quite the athletic duo! John then transferred to the University of Tennessee to earn his B.S. in Education. John is the proud parent of two sons. He worked 18 years with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a sales representative and then as a District Manager. John has since earned his WRT, ASD, and CDS certifications in the restoration industry. John’s training and experience position him as an expert in the large loss recovery program of our SERVPRO franchise.

Kristina L. Greenway

Vice President Kristina Greenway was reared in Fort Lauderdale, FL. and attended Broward Junior College. She went to Austin Peay State University on a volleyball scholarship, where she met her future husband and business partner, John. He attended on a baseball scholarship. Kristina relocated to Knoxville, then married and raised her two sons there in West Hills. She volunteered and worked in many entrepreneurial endeavors, such as opening a new greeting card line called Old Grouch™. Kristina, also from Lincoln Memorial University, earned a dual master's degrees.

Kristina is passionate about education and assisting others. She is a visionary, and this ability has been very valuable regarding her work at SERVPRO of Hamblen County. Kristina has been committed to promoting others in the field of crime scene and biohazard cleanup. She has worked for and achieved one of the highest certifications in blood-borne pathogen and biohazard cleanup through the American BioRecovery Association (ABRA) by completing her Certified BioRecovery Masters (CBRM.) Kristina is the Vice President of ABRA and is proactive in teaching other companies of this nonprofit Educational Association. Kristina has pursued and achieved Certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC.) These include water restoration (WRT), fire & smoke remediation (FSRT), and advanced microbial remediation (AMRT.) Kristina is focused and passionate about helping and encouraging all individuals; in fact, her life's mission can be best defined with one statement: “Helping others in their time of need is one of life’s greatest privileges”™.

Chuck Peterson

As Operations Manager Chuck Peterson is available 24/7/7 days a week and is ready to restore your damaged home or commercial structure. Chuck has been with SERVPRO for 10 years and loves the challenge of leading leaders. Chuck is certified through the IICRC in WRT, ASD, CDS, and NADCA. He also has over 10 years of commercial and custom residential construction, 15 years in Excavation, grading, site work, utilities, and roadway construction. We salute Major Peterson and his service to our country as an A-10 Thunderbolt II Pilot, Flight Commander, and Instructor. This husband and father of 4 graduated from UT and currently lives in Maryville.

Mark Sykes

Mark Sykes is our Office Manager and HR Specialist. Mark has his Bachelors's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Management. Mark has over 16 years of experience in the restoration industry, and prior to coming to SERVPRO, he was a contractor and remodeler. Mark also holds almost 20 years as Regional Service Director with a Fortune 1000 Medical Equipment. Mark has his IICRC Certifications in WRT, OCT, ASD, AND FSRT. When Mark isn't at work he loves donating his time to the Knoxville Track Club. Mark also loves to run marathons and be seen running around town. He is married to Carla and a proud father of two grown children.

Rocky Glenn

Rocky Glenn, is a Team Leader, has been characterized as “The Rock” of our organization. His commitment to integrity, quality of work, and accountability are exemplary. He has over twenty years working in the restoration service industry; Rocky has experience in various numerous management positions ranging from general manager to production manager. His strong passion, drive, and commitment to complete customer satisfaction know no bounds. His responsibilities encompass job files meet standards required by SERVPRO’s national clients. Rocky was born in South Knoxville which he still calls home and is water damaged certified--WRT. Rocky has been with SERVPRO of Hamblen County and other commonly owned franchises since October of 2013. He can always answer the call. Rocky is also musically talented. He plays piano, bass guitar, the drums and writes songs and even sings them.

Sean Greenway

Sean Greenway, Account Consultant, is a Knoxville native who has been in the restoration business for 10 years and has been a part of our SERVPRO Team for 7 years. Sean has continued to expand his industry knowledge by earning his WRT, ASD, FSRT Certifications through the IICRC. He also completed his Sandler Training with a Bronze Certification. Sean's continuing knowledge isn't limited to certifications, Sean is a BOMA Board Member and a member of IFMA, AGC, and IREM. Sean is also a part of the Planning Committee of the Knoxville NFFF Stairclimb. When Sean isn't working he can be found playing golf and spending time with his wife, Olivia, his daughter, Emila, and his dog, Finn.

Bruce Foughty

Bruce, since 2021 is a Service Consultant at SERVPRO of Rocky Hill / Sequoyah Hills / South Knoxville. He is a certified CCT carpet cleaning technician from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. Bruce lives in Tazewell with his spouse, four kids, and five grandkids nearby. He is involved with the Special Olympics and a part of the Planning Committee for the NFFF Stairclimb. When he isn't working Bruce enjoys hockey, football, and the great outdoors.

Lisa Breuer

Lisa Breuer is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Hamblen County and leader of our office team. She sets the tone for performance in all accounting and administrative activities. She also ensures that all job files are properly reviewed, audited and contain all required legal documentation. Lisa aids in the development and execution of the annual office administration plan and budget to streamline and improve office productivity. Ms. Breuer manages and improves customer satisfaction, specifically the resolution of customer complaints. Lisa has over 30 years of office experience, with over half of those years in accounting, in which she has a Bachelor’s degree. Ms. Breuer is married and has two children. She relishes camping, walking, biking, and all activities involving her family. She is a Sunday school teacher and a Children’s church volunteer, along with being a Youth leader. Renee Holiday

Renee is an Administrative Assistant / Estimator at SERVPRO of Hamblen County. She has been a vital team member since 2017. Her training includes working in an architecture/design retail location in Miami, FL. She now lives in Knoxville. Renee employs NextGear Moisture Mapper, a useful cloud tool for coordinating and tracking restoration projects. She knows Corporate Managed Accounts and uses Third Party Administrators. Renee is a member of the Knox Makers, a group of hobbyists, artists, engineers, innovators, and the Artist in Residence at the 17th Street Studios.

Meredith Tinnel

Meredith is our Accounts Receivable and Estimator. Meredith is a Loudon County native and currently lives in Lenoir City. Meredith has been a part of the SERVPRO team for 10 years collectively and currently holds her WRT from the IICRC. Meredith donates her time to the Loudon County Sheriff's Office Family Support Group, First Responders Christian Outreach (Pianist), and Loudon County Friends of Animals when she isn't working. She is also heavily involved with the TNR Program helping a feral cat colony. Together they help trap, neuter, and release the babies to help stop the overwhelming growth. Meredith has been married to her husband, Mark, for 24 years and has a son named Jake. They are a family driven by their passion for music and singing.

Eddesa Steward

Eddesa recently joined the SERVPRO team in 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. Eddesa grew up in Union County and now resides in Knoxville. She is certified in Adobe Photoshop and looks forward to growing and learning within her position. Edessa is married with two daughters and one son, and when she isn't working Edessa loves riding dirt bikes and racing them on courses.

Casin Chandler

Casin Chandler, Production Manager, at SERVPRO has 16 years of experience in the Restoration Industry and 20 years of experience in Construction. Casin has earned his certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He currently holds his URT, CTR, WRT, CCT & ASD.  Casin hails from Olivehurst, CA, and enjoys hunting and fishing in his off time. He is also a member of Odd Fellows. The most important ingredient in his life is his family. Casin has one daughter Robin and two grandchildren, Lil' Robert and Donda.

Nick Lee

Nick Lee, Senior Production Manager, has been a part of our team for 5 years. During those 5 years, Nick has earned his WRT and ASD Certification through the IICRC. Nick also holds a TN Pesticides Applicators License. Together with his certifications, Nick also has 10 years of experience within the Restoration Industry. Nick is involved with the TN Department of Agriculture and in his free time, Nick enjoys building things, cheering for the Vols, bowling, and spending time with his family within his Knoxville home.

Cody Taylor

Cody is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Hamblen County. He joined our team in 2019 and has helped our cause by improving our branding. He has 11 years of practice in the restoration industry, including certification by the NADCA-National Air Duct Cleaning Association. He is a US Marine Corp vet of four years and is a Purple Heart recipient. Cody is local to Knoxville.

Alex Oakes

Alex Oakes, Estimator/Project Manager, has been a part of our SERVPRO Team for 7 years. During those 7 years, Alex has shown strong leadership qualities and a desire to learn which has earned him numerous promotions. Alex began his career with us as a technician, then Crew Chief, and now Estimator/Project Manager. Alex has gained valuable experience leading crews with fire and water cleanup, mold remediation, water damage, hazardous waste cleanup, floor cleaning, deodorization, post-construction cleanup, and reconstruction. Alex is not only limited to personal experience but has also earned his WRT and ASD Certifications through the IICRC. Alex has been happily married since 2011 to his wife, who is a nurse at a local hospital, and they have a son and daughter who keep this young family active. During their personal time, they enjoy camping and traveling to new places whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Bryan Green

Bryan Green is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Hamblen County. Our SERVPRO family congratulates Bryan for his service as a US Marine. He was raised in East Tennessee and loves playing sports. Bryan's duties include daily scheduling, organizing production on many job sites, safety practices followed, and the submission of weekly production summaries. He includes all fire damage problems in Hamblen County, Knoxville, Downtown Knoxville, and the surrounding regions. Ready to help.

Ding-Ding! Meet Z one of our Production Technicians. Z has been in the restoration business for 7 years and has been with our SERVPRO Franchise for 3 years. Z is an Army Veteran who was enlisted for 5 years and was airborne during his Service. Z is Free Mason who enjoys fishing during his free time and is an expert in fork lifting.
